Vivek GovindarajVivek Govindaraj was a PhD student at UCD between October 2015 and Sept. 2020. His project title was “Wave Locked Loop(WLL) based Frequency Synthesizers for mmWave-5G and IoT Applications”. He received his MSc degree in Signal Processing from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2014. He received his BSc degree in Electronics and Communication from Anna University, India, in 2012.

Hesam KhanmohammadHesam Khanmohammad was a Master student in 2019. He had been at UCD since May 2016. He received his MSc degree in Electrical Engineering (Micro-Electronics) from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2014. He received his BSc degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) from Khaje Nasir Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2012.

His research interests are:
• Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design,
• Low-power Data Converter Design,
• Biomedical-specific IC Design,
• IC Design for Optical and high-speed Communications.



Milad PiriMilad Piri is currently a Master student. He has been at UCD since Nov 2016. He received his MScs degree in Microelectronics from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2015. He received his BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Shahid Rajee Teacher Training University, Tehran, Iran in 2013.

His research interests are:

Lu ChangkaiChangkai LU was a Master student at UCD in 2018. He received his Bachelor degree in 2016 from Beijing University of Technology and University College Dublin, Ireland, major in Internet of Things. He did a 22nm LVDS receiver in the summer time.

His current project and research interests are:
• Modelling of ADPLL in Polar Transmitter using Event-Driven Based Approach.



Xu-GuangzeGuangze XU was a Master student at UCD in 2018. He received his BSc communication engineering from Lanzhou University of Technology, China, in June 2013.

• The design of lower phase noise DCO.

Cian RaffertyCian Rafferty was a Master's student Electronics and Computers at UCD in 2017. He received his BSc degree in Electronics and Computers from UCD, Ireland, in August 2015. He worked as an intern design engineer in the Intel Quark Group in Ireland for 8 months period in 2015.
